Returns & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with our service and merchandise. We are happy to exchange most items as long as they are returned in the same mint condition as received within 15 days of receipt. If you do not wish to keep the non-defective item, you must return it at your shipping expense for an exchange or store credit of the purchase price (you’ll get full credit for merchandise, but not shipping cost) to be used towards a future purchase. To keep our prices low we are unable to offer cash or credit card refunds on any purchase. If you return merchandise that originally qualified for free shipping, you will be credited the purchase price less the shipping costs that were incurred on the original shipment. At our option, should we accept Items returned after 15 days, any credit will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. The following items are NOT returnable: Items that have been worn or opened, Items without the original tags or packaging, Edible items, Masks, Makeup, Wigs, Hoisery, Undergarments, Custom Orders or Special Orders. All Seasonal and Holiday items are NOT returnable within 30 days of the holiday or season.
If a stock order needs to be cancelled before it ships, we will try our best to stop the shipment. Please keep in mind shipments may be processed and shipped within minutes of the order being processed based on time of day, size of order, and method of shipment. Orders cancelled before a shipment has left our facility, that request a refund, will be processed for a refund less a 5%, of the original order total, cancelation fee, to cover the credit card processing fees and/or purchase platform fees that we are not refunded. If you choose a store credit in lieu of a refund, we will waive the cancelation fee and process the cancelation in full as a store credit. Once issued to store credit a refund is no longer available and a store credit is valid for one year from date of original purchase. Special orders or custom orders of any kind are not returnable, cancellable or refundable. If an order has already shipped, before cancelation, our standard return policy applies.
Should an item arrive damaged or missing pieces we ask that you notify us immediately. We will be happy to work with the shipping company to provide a replacement item at no cost to you, as soon as possible. We will need detailed information regarding the type and extent of damage to properly make a claim with the shipping company. All evidence of damage and packaging must be saved and photographed. If too much time has allotted and the breakage has not been reported, we will not be able to make a claim, making it hard for us to provide you with a credit or replacement. The shipping company’s decision is final as to any credit or replacement, if any, offered. We are not able to accept claims for breakage or shortage more than 3 days after the date of delivery.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers or from staff error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
