Shipping Policy

After completing the checkout process at PartyConnexion.com, you will receive a confirmation email, which confirms that you have successfully fulfilled a product transaction. This Confirmation email should contain your order number, a list of the products you have purchased along with the prices and delivery methods.  You may track your order on our Order Tracking Page using your order number.

Party Connexion LLC will ship the products you have purchased within two business days excluding weekends and holidays, shipping by the method you chose during checkout or an equivalent level of service. Shipping method estimated time of transit and for delivery to your door is an estimate and does not include the two business days before shipping company receives your order.  You will be notified when products have been shipped, products are on back order or if products are not available by the email used when your order was placed.  The estimated transit times are based on the shipping company’s guidelines, based on average transit times between 98531 and your zip code, and are ONLY AN ESTIMATE and NOT guaranteed.  We have no control over shipping company delays once it leaves our facility so please plan accordingly.  The only two shipping methods that offer a transit time guarantee for the shipping amount paid are USPS Priority Express Overnight or UPS Next Day Air.  If the shipment does not arrive in the window stated on a guaranteed service after the package has been transferred to the shipping company, the only obligation of the shipping company is the refund of the shipping amount paid.  While we will assist in filing your claim with the shipping company, it is the shipping company that is obligated under their guarantee.  Their guarantee specifically excludes the cost of the merchandise or return shipping.
